Privacy policy

At Miscostosfijos, operated by TODOMIS SAS (Colombia, NIT 901.325.484-2) and TODOMIS SPA (Chile, RUT 78.172.757-1), we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, with whom we share it and what your rights are. It applies to users in the various LATAM countries where we operate and complements our Data Processing Policy.

Reminder: Miscostosfijos is a financial management and pre-accounting tool; it is not an accounting, invoicing or advisory service. You decide what information you upload and remain responsible for it.

1. Roles

Regarding your account and contact data, we act as controllers. Regarding the information you upload about third parties (clients, suppliers, employees), we act as processors: we process it on your behalf and according to your instructions and this policy.

2. Data we collect

• Directly from you: name, email, phone, company, country, and the financial data and documents you decide to upload or connect.
• Automatically: usage, device, technical logs and cookies or similar technologies.
• From third parties you authorize: information from integrations you connect.

3. Purposes

• Provide, maintain, personalize and improve the Service.
• Handle contact, support and partners-program requests.
• Send communications about your account and the service.
• Prevent fraud and ensure security.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Basis for processing

We process your data based on your consent, the performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations, according to the regulations applicable in your country. By using the Service or submitting a form, you authorize the processing described here.

5. Who we share with (subprocessors)

We share data only with providers that help us operate, under confidentiality and processing agreements, and limited to what's necessary: Google Cloud (infrastructure and hosting), an email-sending provider (notifications and form responses) and the providers of the integrations you activate. We don't sell your personal data.

6. International transfer

By operating with cloud infrastructure, your data may be stored or processed on servers located outside your country. We apply adequate safeguards under applicable regulations to protect that transfer.

7. Security

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, per-company isolation and access controls. No system is 100% foolproof, but we work to protect your information.

8. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for the periods required by law. You can request its deletion under the rights section.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the site's operation, to remember preferences and measure usage. You can manage them from your browser.

10. Your rights

Depending on your country, you can know, access, update, rectify, object to, request the deletion of your data and revoke your authorization (habeas data / ARCO rights). To exercise them, write to info@miscostosfijos.com. The procedure and deadlines are detailed in the Data Processing Policy.

11. Regulatory framework

We comply with the data-protection regulations applicable in each country where we operate —for example, Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombia), the LFPDPPP (Mexico), Law 29733 (Peru), Law 19628 (Chile), Law 25326 (Argentina), the LGPD (Brazil) or the LOPDP (Ecuador), among others—, as applicable to each user.
